Following the demolishing of a large area of  houses to make way for a new major boulevard in downtown Bucharest, the urban landscape needed to breathe new life. The project aims to solve the old an the new emerging problems in the neighborhood by creating an interwoven lattice of houses, public spaces, and offices. Each apartment is designed to have a large green terrace, similar to the backyard of the former houses that used to be on site. The apartment buildings form a diverse, multi story garden that helps clean the  polluted air coming from the traffic produced by the opening of the new boulevard.

The project was featured at the exhibition during the Street Delivery event in 2011.
